During Social Studies for the past few weeks or so, we have been learning about migration, which has been our main subject for this term. Well my understanding for migration would be when people move to a different house but still stays in the same state or people just moving to a different country. I think my understanding for a place would be a particular point in a location or destination. Change is when you can make something or someone different or change states or countries. Most of these concepts relate to how people can migrate from one place to another or change states from one to another. Migrating within our or your whanau is one outside factor, where you learn the whakapapa of it and where they migrate from. I think I found this topic challenging because we had to write a summary with big paragraphs about the migrating things and some were kind of confusing but challenging. All the activities we have been doing these past weeks or so have supported me in my learning by learning where my whanau migrate from or migrating from one country to another and e.c.t. Learning about migration has been really interesting and a fun subject or mahi to work on. It helped me learn about things that include migration within things or outer things
